  Jean-Michel Zylberman
 
Brief Bio:
Jean-Michel Zylberman has a rare combination of branding experiences in the global luxury industry, as well as, with significant B2B conglomerates.
 
Born in France, he grew up between Europe and the United States, and now supports two offices-one in Shanghai and one in Paris.
 
For transport companies, he assisted a major aircraft manufacturer by working on the positioning of the new generation of intercontinental carriers. He has also worked for the European group, Alstom, manufacturer of the high-speed train TGV, directing an internal branding program for their international sales force. For leading American and European airlines, he has helped develop customer loyalty programs for the luxury and business class traveler.
 
In the course of the past twenty years, Jean-Michel has also worked for large consulting firms (Coopers & Lybrand/PwC, SEMA) in their strategic marketing practices for aerospace and automotive accounts. He has handled global branding issues for such companies as 3 Suisses International, Disney Consumer Products (Europe), and the L'Oreal group (Europe and China).

Mr. Zylberman is fluent in French, English, Mandarin (in progress) and is conversational in Russian.
